Sports Across Southern Ontario

Over the past couple of years I have been dealing with local sports in Brantford, Ontario. It's been a fun thing to be a part of. In 2007 I had several comments in the local sporting community about not having enough say or a place to say what they want. So I decided to create a website, a place where people in Brantford, London, Cambridge, Kitchener, Hamilton, Caledonia, Simcoe, Port Dover, Paris or any surrounding city in Ontario can come together have have their say on line about local sports.

The bottom line with this site is....the sport fan/parent can have THEIR SAY in what is going on in the local community. You don't have to ask permission, its YOUR SAY....YOUR THOUGHTS....YOUR KIDS.....YOUR PEERS....YOUR SAY IN SPORTS

My quest to build a website took me to several local web page builders and hosting providers, but it would have been to expensive to start.

After posting on a forum, I realised there were several free forum hosting sites on the web. And
http://yoursayinsports.hyperboards.com/ was born.


This forum is dedicated to posting LOCAL SCORES, BUYING/SELLING EQUIPMENT, REGISTRATIONS, PRESS RELEASES, TOURNAMENT RESULTS, FUNDRAISERS, LOCAL SPORTING TALENT.

I presented this idea and website at the Tournament Capital of Ontario Luncheon in September of 2008 and received rave reviews.
