Tubby


Yes I am. No really I am! Believe it or not I have packed on 20 pounds of some muscle...but mostly Tub....as in lard, as in beef, as in jiggle, as in beaver belly.....you get the point...so yes it's diet time.


Even though I work out daily, my eating habits have been pretty bad since I haven't been working full time.


It all boils down to what you eat and what you put on your food. Portion control....and the past few months I haven't had to much portion control. LOL.


So I'm drinking more water, putting less fatty thing on my salads and really cutting out the junk.
So as a New Years resolution, well, starting now....I'm going to track how I look and what I eat. Lucky you! You get to join me on my journey! LOL.
So....there is a picture of me in all my Tubbines, I'll try and post monthly pics so you can see if I'm getting tubbier or smaller.

  1. You're not alone there. I don't have much time to get lunch while I'm at school, and thus I resort to that which is closest (and most detrimental to losing weight) and that is McDonalds. I need to stop it, but everything else that is healthier is too far to drive and get back in time for the next class.
    That being said, good luck on your diet, and have a good Holiday

  2. You know its a shame how expensive healthy food is. You can get a snack wrap at McDonalds for under two bucks....and fruit? That will put you back way more.
